Meet Our Legal Team

Josh has represented Plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases for over fifteen years.  In 2022 he was awarded with the "Top Plaintiffs' Verdicts 2021" from the Missouri Lawyers Media for winning a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a personal injury suit.  Additionally, Josh has served as the elected Macon County Prosecuting Attorney since 2011. Prior to that, he was an assistant prosecutor, handling a felony case load in Johnson County, Missouri, and worked in private practice in Warrensburg, Missouri.  Josh has spent a significant  amount of time in the courtroom with experience handling jury trials, bench trials, grand jury proceedings, and other courtroom proceedings.  Josh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Missouri Western State University, his Master of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Missouri, and his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law.  Josh was raised in Macon, Missouri and has spent the majority of his life here.
